Overview:

A local tool for improving photos and video, built because the alternatives were cloud services with subscriptions and upload limits. Clarity upscales with an open-source AI model, sharpens, removes noise, adjusts brightness, and stabilizes shaky footage. I drop in a batch of files, choose the treatment, and collect the results from a queue. Everything runs on my own computer, so the files never leave it and there is nothing to pay per image.
